The Dissociated Path: Open_Notes 8

ungrateful arrogance - the inhumane village - poverty, inequality, environmental damage, etc. -- Psalms 49:11 Their inward thought [is, that] their houses [shall continue] for ever, [and] their dwelling places to all generations; they call [their] lands after their own names. 12 Nevertheless man [being] in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts [that] perish. 13 This their way [is] their folly: yet their posterity approve their sayings. Selah -- monetary demesne [di main; -meen] [possession; estate; region; domain] - radical re-design of the whole world needed vs. an increasingly consumerist, materialistic global culture.

level of trust, level of tolerance decreasing - bigoted sentiments - walking around as a stranger, desperate for contact, slipping into despair - fitness of society vs. survival of the fittest - no growth, just sprouts, on the seedy side of town - debt, taxes - walking a very narrow margin - economic oppression - desperate poverty, destitution - subsistence, peasant community -- economic destiny in our own hands - economic cooperation, enterprise - family-friendly policies - ownership not necessary - access - stewardship for future generations - it's what you give back - not just what you take out.
